After the first I felt it worked as I felt better,more energised and haven't put the muffin flabs back on so far.... . Taste great and it is full of antioxidants fr the extract of the Eleuthero Root, purple tea powder which would boost metabolism,Yerba mate for efficient detoxification and African mango which helps reduce the appetite .
